Mr. and Mrs. Haynes Kenny Moore, Sr., of Madison, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kerry Elizabeth Moore, to John Caleb McFaddin, son of Ms. Marge McFaddin of Eatonton, and Dr. and Mrs. Samuel R. McFaddin, Jr. of Madison.

Ms. Moore is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Z. House and the late Carl M. Moore of Valdosta, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence E. Trimnell of Columbus, Indiana. She is a 2002 graduate of Morgan County High School, 2006 graduate of Valdosta State University with a BS in Early Childhood Education, and a 2009 graduate of Troy University with a Masters Degree in Education. She is employed by the Morgan County Board of Education as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Morgan County Primary School.

Mr. McFaddin is the grandson of the late Louise M. Garland and Samuel R. McFaddin, Sr., of Sardinia, South Carolina, Velma L. Bryant of Florence, South Carolina, and William M. Lavender of New Zion, South Carolina. He is a 2001 graduate of Gatewood Schools, 2005 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and will graduate in May of 2010 from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia with a Masters of Business Administration. Following graduation he will be employed in Winston-Salem, North Carolina at BB&T.

The wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Madison Baptist Church. Following the honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple will reside in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
