    Bangin’ Banjos! Momma looks like a Tennessee fan during the final seconds of the LSU game! She’s flat in shock! Quick! Somebody hand me the smellin’ salts! She’s comin’ round . . . Momma! How in the Sam Hill did you break your ding dang nose? Lord Have Mercy on Moses! Everybody knows you can’t be bobbin’ for apples under the influence of White Lightenin’! Let’s get over to the emergency room! Pinocchio never had it so good!  Wow, Momma! You’re as good as new and that splint is hardly noticeable! Let’s go shop!
    Movin’ & Shakin’! What the? Keith Rex is kickin’ up a storm on Main Street in Madison y’all! Keith’s great J&K Fleas An’Tiques at 184 South Main Street in Madison is ‘bout to get a sister shop right smack across the street! That’s right! Keith is movin’ his West Jefferson Street shop, J&K Antiques and Interiors, to Main Street in the old Bulldog Barber building at 159 Main Street! Plus he’s changin’ the shop’s name to J&K Antiques Etc.! Perf! Ok so Keith says the new shop should be open by Nov. 1 if not before! And, he’s gonna expand hours to seven days a week! The best part is that J&K Antiques Etc. will focus on antiques that are really, really affordable! I flat can’t wait!  Keep watchin’ the Buzz for more intel on this story!
    Save the date! Barkin’ Dog Shoe Co., located at 172 South Main Street in Madison is turnin’ two this month! I flat can’t wait ‘cause Owner Vickie Hunt has invited all of us to a fab party at Barkin’ Dog on Thursday, Oct. 14 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.! Refreshments! Door prizes! I’m jump-up-and-down excited ‘cause Vickie also says we can get 25 percent off any regularly priced item and I’ve got my eyes on those sexy fun Frye Boots! Hey and I just popped over there and saw more new lines and styles like BOGS, fantastic and really affordable all weather boots! Oh and the new Born boots and clogs are just flat must-haves! Can y’all believe it’s been two years?
    I can remember when Vickie first opened up the shop over on West Washington Street! Honey within one year she moved to the current Main Street location next to Amelia’s so that she could expand the shop! What a great success story! Congrats Vickie and Barkin’ Dog Shoe Co.!  I flat can’t wait to celebrate!
    New Car Alert! Auto 1 Madison located at 1415 Eatonton Road across from Ingles and owned by Madisonian Lori Sheldon, is gearin’ up to open at the end of this month or the first of next month! Here’s the deal y’all: Lori’s gonna have a great selection of 40 to 50 gently used cars . . . I’m talkin’ Honda, all sorts of SUVs and trucks but honey that’s not all! Lori says she’s already got a BMW and a Mercedes on the Lot! Give me that Mercedes immediately! Easy! She says they’ve got in-house financing as well as outside financing options! Oh and the best part is that Lori’s gonna have a little bit of EVERYTHING! Like 4-Wheelers for all you outdoors men and women! Boats and jet skies in the summertime and even scooters! I flat have got to get me a scooter! Wouldn’t that be THE BOMB? Yes!
    Hey! Y’ll need to be at Town 220 tonight Oct. 7 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a fantastic art exhibit titled Aislin’s Bouquet from the Garden of the Fall!
    Ok so this is a group exhibition celebrating the garden as metaphor and inspiration! It’s gonna feature more than 20 artists! Music by Efren and Pocketful of Claptonite will be enteraining the crowd at this fantastic event!
