    The following persons were indicted last Monday by a Morgan County Grand Jury in Morgan County Superior Court.
    • Terrill Alfonso Cunningham, 29, McCormick, S.C. one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one possession of Alprazolam.
    • Marcus Daniel Reid, 35, Madison, one count trafficking in cocaine, one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
    • Dwayne Anthony Harris Jr., 22, Madison, two counts financial transaction card fraud, one count theft of lost or mislaid property.
    • Macio Leonard Veasley, no age, no address listed, one count theft by taking, one count violation of duty upon striking a fixture, one count driving without a valid license.
    • George Brandon Pickett, 24, one count theft by conversion.
    • James Matthew Laseter, 36, Madison, one count burglary. In an unrelated case Laseter was also indicted on one count theft by receiving. In a third unrelated case Laseter was also indicted on two counts theft by taking.
    • Christopher Cannady Evers, 21, Dothan, Alabama, one count possession of cocaine, two counts exceeding the speed limit, one count driving while license suspended.
    • Kenneth Browning, no age, no address given, one count theft by taking.
    • Willie Jones, 32, Madison, one count forgery.
    • Mario Mandral McGuire, 26, Madison, one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a housing project, two counts obstruction of an officer.
    • Cedric Keeley, 26, Madison, one count theft by taking, one count criminal damage to property in the second degree, one count criminal trespass, one count obstruction of an officer.
    • James Lee Jenkins Jr., 37, Madison, one count theft by receiving stolen property, one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
    • Eric Lamar Bruton, no age, no address given, one count forgery in the second degree, one count possession of marijuana.
    • Daniel Franklin Dunlap, no age, no address given, one county forgery in the first degree, one count forgery in the second degree, one count possession of marijuana.
    • Christopher Brandon Thompson, no age, no address given, one count forgery in the first degree, one count possession of marijuana.
    • Melton Lamar Brinkley, 46, one count criminal attempt to commit burglary, one count possession of tools for commission of a crime, one count loitering or prowling, one count possession of a drug related object.
    • Jimmy Lee Love, 53, Rutledge, one count aggravated stalking, one count battery, one count giving false name to police officer, one count giving false date of birth to a police officer.
    • Tammy Donnette Vaughn, 45, Madison, two counts obstruction of an officer, one count battery.
    • Charles Allison Davis, 56, Marietta, two counts theft by deception.
