In the January 13, 2011 Morgan County Citizen an item in the “Law Enforcement” section reported that Robert Lamar Stell, 43, Bishop, had been arrested and charged with forgery in the first degree and attempt to obtain dangerous drugs. In fact Ricky Lamar Stell, 43, Bishop, was charged. The Citizen regrets the error.
