Ding dang! Businessweek says the U.S. Postal Service is nearin’ collapse (http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/11_23/b4231060885070_page_3...)! What the? Well shoot fire and damnation! No wonder so many of our Citizen subscribers are havin’ trouble gettin’ their dang newspapers! All of our home-delivery subscribers in Social Circle, Mansfield and Newborn now have to go through the Covington Post Office ‘cause they no longer have rural carriers, and some are flat gettin’ lost in the tangle!     Plus many are bein’ delivered  a ding dang day late at best! Hopefully, we’ll be able to sort this mess out! Y’all keep lettin’ us know if you don’t get your paper on time! Heck! We might just have to hire Momma to deliver all the troubled routes! Lord have mercy!

The happy couple Amanda Adair Clary and Michael Sean Wooten, both of Madison, will tie the knot June 5th at 5:30 p.m. inside the store under the candy arches! More than 50 guests are expected! Ok so followin’ the weddin’, there’ll be a sweet reception in the Ella’s party room followed by a yummy supper at one of Madison’s finest restaurants! I’m sooo crashin’ this one! What fun!
Momma just bought her some of the best dang eggs in Morgan County from Cherokee Rose Country Ranch in Madison! Honey, owner Steve Shell came over to the newspaper the other day to get a big fat ad and he had all these delish eggs with him! Yum! Ok but really his farm is known for bein’ expert breeders of the cute little extra ting Shih-Tzu dogs and those fab Fleischerheim German Shepherds! Honey Momma’s gonna get her a dang guard dog from Steve! Nobody and I mean nobody’s gonna mess with those German Shepherds! Oh and Steve and his wife Cindy offer boarding’ and groomin’ services too! Plus they sell goats! I flat love it! Y’all call Steve at 404-558-7601 for more intel or to get you some of those fabulishous eggs!

There will be a reception and conversation with the artist! Oh and feel free to bring an appetizer and a friend! I wonder what appetizer Momma’s makin’? Y’all get over there Friday and find out!
Ok that’s it! Y’all tune in next week to hear all ‘bout fixin’ baldin’ babies! In the meantime, be sweet, buy an ad and a subscription to your local newspaper! We need your support! Hey and I’ll see all y’all next week: Same time. Same Number One Weekly Newspaper in the Great State of Georgia!
