To the Editor:

I am a retired lady, 74-years-old, living on a fixed income. I have to work odd jobs to make ends meet and pay my taxes. I paid taxes when my children were in school. I haven’t had a child in school for over 35 years. If it wasn’t for them helping me pay my taxes I guess I would be out in the street. We seniors need some relief. We have paid enough.
