To the Editor:

There has been a re-visiting of gay marriage by President Obama that appears to be for political purposes. He apparently needs the gay and lesbian vote. What has happened to the morals in our nation? A nation that was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics, found in scripture. God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. Romans, Chapter 1 clearly describes homosexuality and lesbianism as an abomination in the sight of God. Has anyone taken into consideration how God feels about this subject? God exalts a nation that is righteous, but sin is a reproach to any people or nation. Also before we, as Christians, throw stones, we must examine our own lives. Adultery is no more less a sin than homosexuality. Both are morally wrong and need to be repented of. God, we need Your mercy every day! Thank you that we can ALL turn from ALL of our sin and be forgiven.
