Howard celebrates birthday

Hoyt Howard from Monticello and Newborn celebrated his birthday on August 31 at the Cracker Barrel in Madison with about 16 of his family members and friends.
Ina Wallace is now home where she is recuperating from surgery. Her nephew and his family from Acworth, Jason, Yvonne, Joshua and Jeremy Grant spent the Labor Day weekend with her. We are all glad she is now at home.
Sympathy is extended to Sharon McCullough in the death of her uncle in Atlanta.
Friends of Ruth Lemons of Eufaula, Ala., were saddened to learn of her death this past week. Mrs. Lemons and her late husband the Rev. David Lemons lived in Buckhead for about 20 years where he was the pastor of Buckhead Baptist Church.
