Laurel Ann Luck McCullough
Laurel Ann Luck McCullough, 65 of Madison, died October 2, 2012. Mrs. McCullough was the daughter of Mack Lee and Betty Spencer Luck. She was born in Atlanta on July 7, 1947. She was married to Gene Aubrey McCullough. Mrs. McCullough was a member of Freedom Worship Center in Greshamville. To many she will be remembered as Nanny. For years she owned and operated Upsie Daisey Day Care in Madison. She later worked with her husband as a park host at Georgia Power campgrounds on Lake Oconee. She loved animals especially her dogs. She enjoyed people and was always very outgoing. She will be remembered by her family and friends as being very loving and caring.
Mrs. McCullough is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gene McCullough and children, Ricky McCullough and Melanie, Brenda Dalton and Craig, Michael McCullough and Jeannie, Kim Campbell Duan and David and Mandy Zalewski and Mark. She leaves grandchildren, Amy, Tynea, Amber, Michael, Jr., Zachary, Georgie Faith, Elie Grace, Savannah, Alette, Sophie, Cory, Danielle, Madelyn, Lindsey, Johnny and Melanie. She is also survived by a sister, Deborah Long and Danny and two brothers, Clayton Luck and Wanda and Lee Luck and Lauren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Freedom Worship Center.
