Morgan County Grand Jury returns indictments

At its December Term, a Morgan County Grand Jury returned several criminal indictments. The following persons were indicted at the December Term.
• Karen Carlile, 24, Oxford, one count burglary in the first degree. According to an arrest warrant, Carlile is charged with the August, 2012 burglary of a Blue Springs Drive, Buckhead, residence in which approximately $11,000 of coins, jewelry and a Ruger handgun were taken. The coins, the warrant alleges, were sold at a Conyers coin dealer for $375.
• Amand Hullinger, 25, Newborn, one count burglary in the first degree. According to an arrest warrant, Hullinger was charged in the August 2012 burglary of a Blue Springs Drive, Buckhead residence in which approximately $11,000 of coins, jewelry and a Ruger handgun were taken.
• Keely Renee Owen, no age, no address available, one count burglary after she allegedly entered a Bostwick Road residence without permission.
• Timothy Bo Reese, 53, Eatonton, three counts aggravated assault, one count hit and run, one count reckless driving. According to arrest warrants, Reese was charged in an August 2012 incident in which he allegedly struck a man’s vehicle on U.S. 441 south from behind and then allegedly tried to force him off the road. The man’s wife and minor child were in the vehicle at the time of the incident.
• Kah’deem Hashawn Chisolm, 20, Madison, one count statutory rape, two counts aggravated child molestation. According to arrest warrants, Chisolm was charged in May, 2012 of allegedly entering the home of a 14-year-old girl and having sexual relations with the girl.
• Stephanie Nunn, 26, Mansfield, one count financial transaction card theft, one count theft by receiving stolen property. According to arrest warrants, Nunn was charged in February, 2011 after she allegedly took a man’s driver license and credit cards from his Centennial Road residence. Warrants state that the man stated that he did not know Nunn had possession of the items until she alerted him via Facebook that she possessed the items.
• Brandon J. Hughes, 25, Waynesboro, one count trafficking in cocaine, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, one count giving false name to a law enforcement officer. According to arrest warrants, Hughes was charged in September, 2012 after a traffic stop led officers to allegedly locate 170 grams of cocaine and a Glock pistol in the vehicle. Warrants also state that Hughes allegedly gave officers a false name during the stop.
• Joeskill L. Mims, 24, Wayesboro, one count trafficking in cocaine, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. According to arrest warrants, Mims was charged in September, 2012 along with Hughes, after a traffic stop led officers to allegedly locate 170 grams of cocaine and a Glock pistol in the vehicle.
• Alexandra D. Stocker, 23, Waynesboro, one count trafficking, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. According to arrest warrants, Stocker was charged in September, 2012 along with Hughes and Mims, after a traffic stop led officers to allegedly locate 170 grams of cocaine and a Glock pistol in the vehicle.
• Ulysses Samuel Fowler, 34, Madison, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, one count possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park and one count possession of marijuana. According to arrest warrants, Fowler was charged in July, 2012 after authorities had received complaints from residents in the Washington Street, Green Meadows area. A warrant said officers arrived and Fowler walked away and an officer allegedly located a Newport cigarette pack that contained three bags of powder cocaine and one bag of marijuana.
• Phylliss Anderson, no age, no address given, four counts forgery in the first degree, one count perjury. The indictment alleges that Anderson forged veterinarian documents in an attempt to demand refunds from a veterinarian office for services that she said had already been performed elsewhere. The indictment also alleges that Anderson perjured herself during a pre-warrant hearing on the matter in Morgan County Magistrate Court.
• James Cayle Harwood, 44, Buckhead, one count aggravated assault, one count criminal damage to property in the second degree, one count simple assault and one count family violence battery. According to arrest warrants, Harwood was charged in a September 2012 incident in which he allegedly stabbed a man on the left wrist, cut the man’s rear driver’s side tire and stabbed the hood of the man’s car twice.
• Dameiann Desean Brown, 21, Decatur, one count burglary in the first degree, one count theft by receiving stolen property. According to arrest warrants, Brown was charged in September, 2012 for allegedly entering a Williams Street residence and removing $6,400 worth of jewelry.
• Jarmel Eubanks, 24, Madison, one count possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, one count possession of marijuana with intent in a drug free commercial zone, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and one count obstruction of an officer. According to arrest warrants,
Eubanks was charged in October, 2012 after officers allege that he had 32 grams of marijuana in a hoodie front pocket wrapped for individual sale, that he ran when officers approached and that he had a 9mm pistol on his person when officers arrested him.
• Doris Brown, no age give, Madison, one count influencing a witness. According to arrest warrants, Brown was charged in April, 2012 after she alleged attempted to pay a witness $1,000 for the witness to write a statement alleging that the parties involved in a theft had permission to take the stolen items.
• Shannon Franklin, no age given, Madison, one count influencing a witness. According to arrest warrants, Franklin was charged in April, 2012 after she alleged attempted to pay a witness $1,000 for the witness to write a statement alleging that the parties involved in a theft had permission to take the stolen items.
• Kerrie Lynn Wofford, 46, Buckhead, seven counts financial transaction card fraud, 22 counts theft by taking. According to arrest warrants, Wofford was charged in September, 2012 after she allegedly wrote 23 checks for $50,902 from a timber company to herself for her personal use. Warrants allege that Wofford was working as an outside bookkeeper for the company and also, warrants allege, used the company’s credit card to make $988 worth of purchases for her personal use.
• Joshua Allen Jenkins, 32, Eatonton, one count burglary, one count theft by taking. According to arrest warrants, Jenkins was charged in May, 2012 after he and another man allegedly entered a Medlock Road residence and removed 10 guns. Warrant also allege that Jenkins entered a Davis Academy Road pole barn and removed guns, an electric hand grinder, an air compressor and a trolling motor. Warrants also allege that Jenkins entered a vehicle at Swords Road boat ramp and removed a firearm.
• Daniel Trevor Powers, 22, Eatonton, one count burglary, one count theft by taking. According to arrest warrants, Powers, along with Jenkins, was charged in May, 2012, after he and Powers allegedly entered a Medlock Road residence and removed 10 guns. Warrants also allege that Powers entered a Davis Academy Road pole barn and removed guns, an electric hand grinder, an air compressor and a trolling motor.
