Chris Scott  (Pooky) was born September 22, 1993 to Cornelius and Jackie Marie Scott. He was home school and was a very kind and respectful person who always had a smile on his face. He was a true wrestling fan (WWE).
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Cornelius and Jackie Marie Scott; two brothers Antawon Cornelius Coats and Anthony Isiah Veasley; one sister Brittany Denise Carter; four aunts Wanda Marie Edwards, Tammy Denise Veasley, Pamela Marie Bennett and April Michelle Stephens; three uncles Willie Lee Coats Jr., Carl Daniel Scott and William H. Ross; one niece Kylee Hammond; two grandmothers Ruthie Mae Edwards Coats and Lurene Nash Scott; two grandfathers Sim Scott and Willie Lee Coats Sr. who preceded him in death; 12 great aunts, Flora Belle Edwards, Lucinda Edwards, Nellie Edwards, Mamie Lee Bennett, Margie Ree Edwards, Gloria Jean Edwards, Gloria Mae Bailey, Mary Bell Coats, Earlene Edwards, Gloria Jean Franklin, Nellie P. Smith and Darlene Nash; two great uncles Clarence Bennett and Willie Reid Edwards; a special “friend of the family” Sharon Humphrey and a host of cousins, friends and other relatives.
His funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb.2 at Madison Church of Christ with Bro. Ruben Walker officiating.
Jones and Turner Funeral Home were in charge of arrangements.
