Elvis to Madison
Saturday, July 28 Elvis was in Madison to help with the celebration of Anne Samuelsâ€™ 65th birthday.
Elvis gave a rocking performance enjoyed by guests dancing through the night
The much-needed rain held off until Elvis had left the building. Anne was quoted as saying, â€œShe was glad she was only 65 once.â€� She had waited many years to see Elvis and at 65, a dream came true.
Gertrude Plungis celebrated her birthday Sunday with a surprise birthday dinner at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Robin Benkoski. Among those present for the occasion were Becky and Sonny Snowden, Susan and Tim Briscoe, Melvin and Beth Kitchens and Julius Astin.
