Suzette White, a former resident of the community, talks with friend and current resident Albert Goudelock on his porch. Both Goudelock and White witnessed the changes brought about by the Lowes and applaud the transformation in the neighborhood.
"It's changed a lot, lot, lot, lot," White said.
