The G.O.S.H. (Girls Over Seventy, Honey) girls met at the Brady Inn for their regular monthly meeting last week with Mildred Owen Landry as hostess.
A delicious luncheon was enjoyed in the attractive old inn. The group remembers the Brady home of years ago before it was carefully restored to become the Inn with the wonderful, friendly atmosphere.
Ola Jon Vaughn of Conyers spent the weekend in Rutledge with Helen Brown. Buddy O’Kelley spent the weekend in Rome with friends and family.
Dusty, Lynn and Austin Adams of Madisonville, Tennessee along with members of the “Insane” Paint Ball team spent the weekend with his mother Glenda Nelms and Lee. The team participated in a Paint Ball Tournament, which was held at the paint ball field on Hestertown Road
Ina Wallace, Jerri and Charles Giles joined Jason and Yvonne Grant and boys, Joshua and Jeremy of Acworth,  for a few days  in Helen last week.
