A Good Hope man succumbed to injuries sustained in a motorcycle wreck.
   

According to Georgia State Patrol reports, Jason Scott Knight, 30, failed to negotiate a turn while driving a 2006 Yamaha WR450FV motorcyle on Sunday, July 27. Reports state that Knight was attempting to turn onto Indian Creek Road from Jones Wood Road in Walton County when he lost control of the motorcycle.
   

The motorcycle overturned and slid approximately 20 feet and Knight was ejected.
   

Knight was life-flighted to the Atlanta Medical Center. He died on Tuesday from injuries. Reports state that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m., reports state.
