Hiram Johnston and Mitch Elder work to cover up  plumbing lines at the most recent Morgan County habitat project. This house was less than a week away from occupancy but the air conditioner was destroyed and all the copper removed. According to Johnston, the homeowners check the property daily, removing debris and trash left by loiterers. The damage was spotted and a police report was filed, but no arrests have been made in the case.
