Indictments handed down
A grand jury returned 20 separate indictments following a court session held on March 3. The following lists the results of those indictments and the charges associated with each case.
• Eric James Morris was indicted for one count of interference with government property.
• Mario McGuire was indicted for one count possession of cocaine.
• Sean R. Hendley was indicted for one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of marijuana, one count possession of a drug-related object, and one count tail light violation.
• Taurus A. Garrett was indicted for one count of theft by receiving, one count burglary, one count possession of cocaine, and two counts obstruction of an officer.
• Tammy D. Christian and Thomas K. Holland were both indicted for one count possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, one count criminal attempt to commit manufacture of methamphetamine, one count possession of marijuana. Holland was also indicted for one count possession of firearms by convicted felon.
• Baltazar V. Gabriel was indicted for one count trafficking marijuana, one count driving without license, one count no proof of insurance, and one county seatbelt violation.
• Robert Isaac Evans was indicted for one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts obstruction of an officer, and one count tag violation.
• Eric D. Morris and Bryant J. Wiley were both indicted for one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Morri
s was also indicted for one count seatbelt violation.
• Victor Alvarado was indicted for one count giving false statement, one count driving under the influence, and one count driving without license.
• Johnny D. Atwater was indicted for two counts aggravated assault, two counts cruelty to children in the second degree, and one count obstruction of an officer.
• Sam Jones Jr. was indicted for two counts obstruction of an officer, and one count of public drunkenness.
• Demarcus A. King was indicted for one count burglary.
• Ronald D. Mitchem and Arlana P. Spell were both indicted for one count burglary.
• Eddie James King was indicted for one count aggravated assault.
• Andy Mark Carter was indicted for cone count aggravated assault, one count terroristic threats and acts, and one count battery.
• Lucas S. Williams was indicted for two counts sale of cocaine.
• John Vaughn was indicted for one count sale oxycodone.
• Curtis Leon Bolden Jr. was indicted for one count aggravated assault.
• William L. Grady Jr. and Jerome P. Pardue were both indicted for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Grady was also indicted for one count windshield violation.
• Ricardo Orozco Martinez was indicted for four counts homicide by vehicle in the first degree, one count feticide by vehicle in the first degree, two counts driving under the influence, one count failure to maintain lane, one count driving across divided highwa
y, one count driving on wrong side of roadway, one count open container violation, and one count failure to stop at or return to scene of accident.
