Jacqueline Mitchem Whitlock, 75, of Madison died Saturday, February 14, 2009.
Funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 18 in Sandy Creek Baptist Church, Madison with the Rev. John McMillian Sr. and Dr. Ron Tyler officiating. Burial followed  in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Whitlock was a graduate of Madison High School Class of 1950; a member of Gibbs Memorial Baptist Church in Bostwick and a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Josiah Whitlock; brothers, Jamie Lon Mitchem and Emmitt Mitchem; sisters, Lizzie Maude Kimsey, Frances Hasher and Dorothy Richardson.
She is survived by her children, Jimmy Lee Futch of Mableton, Richard Dean Futch of Bostwick, Cynthia Epps of Danielsville, Cris Sims of Madison; brother Charles Wilson Mitchem of Madison; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Tim Stewart Funeral Home of Monroe was in charge of arrangements.
