Clinton Royce Ervin, 70, of Auburn died May 20, 2009. He was born May 18, 2009 in Morgan County to Ralph and Lulu Mae Ervin. He was a graduate of Morgan County High School. Mr. Ervin was retired from General Motors. He was a musician; he enjoyed blue grass and gospel. He played guitar for several groups. He spent countless hours playing and singing at nursing homes.

He is survived by his wife, Kaye Thrasher Ervin and two sons, Ken Ervin of Snellville and Stacy Ervin and Galaine of Auburn; a brother, Bennie Ervin, two grandchildren, Shane Ervin (Kymberly) and Jared Ervin; and two great-grandchildren, Micah Ervin and Kaleb Ervin.

Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Friday, May 22 at A. E. Carter Funeral Home. Interment was in Almand Cemetery.
A. E. Carter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
