BOC approves FY10 budget

On June 16 at the Morgan County Commission Special Called meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved the budget for FY10 as it was presented.
The budget totals $14.4 million, decreasing approximately 2.04 percent in comparison to the current budget of $14.7 million.

Council adopts FY10 budget

The City of Madison will hold the line on its tightened budget this year, in keeping with straitened economic times. Council members unanimously approved on Monday the Fiscal Year 2010 budget of just under $4.5 million, a decrease of $1.4 million over FY09.
