Members of the Joint Development Authority (JDA) of Jasper, Morgan, Walton, and Newton counties will wait to see whether any changes occur in the Jasper County government after the General Election this week.

A whopping 34 percent of Morgan County’s registered voters have already taken advantage of early voting options and cast their ballots for President of the United States, as well as local officials.
As of Tuesday morning, 4,039 people of 11,753 registered in the county had voted.
