SoccerPups outplay Athens Academy

It’s always special when Morgan plays Athens Academy in soccer.
It’s even more special when Morgan wins.
Last Friday, the Morgan County Middle School SoccerPups did just, winning 5-3.

The Morgan County Middle School Lady Pup soccer team played in control last week, defeating Social Circle last Wednesday 3-0 and tying a very good Athens Academy, 2-2, last Friday.

That is the word used to describe the play of the Morgan County Middle School Diamond Pups to this point in the season.
The Pups continued their dominating play last week, defeating Greene County 12-0 then handing it to Social Circle 11-1 in a make up game.

Diamond Dogs continue good play

One-run victories over Alcovy High School and Monticello High School, followed by a blowout win over Cedar-Shoals last week has moved the Morgan County Diamond Dogs into the top spot in the Region 8AAA standings.
