Lady Dogs moving into playoff mode

Everything the Morgan County High School Lady Dog volleyball team has learned this year has prepared them for the upcoming area tournament.
With only one match remaining until tournament play begins, the Lady Dogs are continuing to hone their skills.
Bulldogs fall short against Elbert

For the second consecutive week, big plays were the difference maker as the Morgan County Bulldogs fell to the Elbert County Blue Devils by a score of 21-14.
The loss moved the Bulldogs to 1-2 in region 8 AAA and 1-5 overall.
Bullpups staring at a must win situation

Rain was not the only falling last Wednesday as the Morgan County Middle School Bullpups took the field to face Greene County.
An 18-6 loss dropped Morgan to 3-2 on the season, giving them an outside- looking-in perspective of the playoff picture.
Greene took the much needed victory with two key scores late in the game.

Lady Pups third in league

On the heels of a remarkable regular season, the Morgan County Middle School Lady Bullpup softball team entered the Piedmont Athletic Conference Tournament last Tuesday.
An overall season record of 7-4 put Morgan into the tournament.
The race is on for first place

Behind a tough defense and quick strike offense, the Morgan County Middle School Bullpups blasted pass Social Circle Middle School last week with 20-0 victory.
The Pups are tied with three other teams, Greene County, Youth and Carver, for first place in the Piedmont Athletic Conference. All teams have just one loss on the season.
