About 10 months ago, I mentioned half jokingly to my (still) good friend Brian Lehman, “How would you like to climb about two-thirds of Mt. Everest next Spring?” After probably not enough thought, he replied, “Hey, that sounds like a great idea.”

The Joint Development Authority of Jasper, Morgan, Newton, and Walton counties continues to market its 1,600-acre light-industrial park to companies looking to locate in Georgia. They're aided in this endeavor by the state of Georgia, which continues to bring likely prospects to the JDA's table.
