Red Hat Ladies hold luncheon

The Jazzy Red Hat Ladies had their Valentine luncheon at the Butcher Block in Social Circle. Hostesses for the event were Michelle Luke and Addie Norton who had our devotional. A poem was read by Queen Mom Mary Ellen Price and the meeting closed with a few laughs from Jester Claudia Sells.
Monaray Powers and Patsy Harris attended the Big South Volleyball Tournaments, which were held at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta on Saturday. Savannah Powers of Baytown, Texas and granddaughter of Mrs. Powers was a coach for one of the teams completing there. She is the daughter of Sammy and Joy Powers of Baytown.
Dan Hilsman is a patient in Athens Regional Hospital.
Marguerite Johnson spent the weekend at her home enjoying Easter with her family.
