Ray and Jessica McFaddin of Sardinia, South Carolina, proudly announce the birth of their son, Colton Hugh McFaddin. Colton was born at 10:51 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning, South Carolina. He weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz. and measured 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Purvis of McRae. Great-grandparents are Ann Purvis and the late Elton Purvis of Helena, and the late Jim Ed and Nettie Webb Gore of Milan.
Paternal grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Samuel R. McFaddin, Jr., of Madison and Marge McFaddin of Eatonton. Great-grandparents are the late Louise M. Garland and Samuel R. McFaddin, Sr., of Sardinia, South Carolina, Velma L. Bryant of Florence, South Carolina, and William M. Lavendar of New Zion, South Carolina.
Colton Hugh was welcomed home by big sister, Audrey Rae.

Adam and Brandy Nichols of Buckhead announce the birth of their daughter, Mazelle Elizabeth Nichols. Mazelle was born at Athens Regional Medical Center July 25, 2012 at 10:25 a.m. She weighed 6 lbs., 12 oz. and was 19.7 inches long.
Mazie’s maternal grandparents are Jon Andreas of Beaufort, S.C., and Angel Andreas of Madison. Great-grandparents are Darwin and Janice Groesbeck of Riverside, Calif., Martin Andreas of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the late Elizabeth Andreas of Hilton Head Island, S.C. A great-great-grandmother includes Pearl Boyer of Charles City, Iowa.
Paternal grandparents are Allen Nichols of Greensboro and Gail Malcolm of Bostwick. Great-grandparents are Morris Phelps and the late Mazelle Phelps of Madison, and the late Edna Alford and Charles Nichols of Greensboro.

Brett and Maggie Barton, of Monroe, proudly announce the arrival of their daughter, Stella Whitley Barton, on July 12, 2011 at 5:40 p.m. at St. Mary’s Hospital. Ella weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 19-and-three-quarters inches long.
She is the granddaughter of George and Jo Tiller of Rutledge, Mike and Genie Purcell of Monroe and Glen and Deloris Barton of Monroe.
