On December 7 Joshua Henry Whitlock, 26, Madison, was arrested and charged with robbery-snatching. According to reports, Whitlock was arrested on a path between Commerce Street and Micha Way after he had allegedly grabbed a black duffle back that contained prescription medication from an Orchard Grove apartment and fled. Several individuals from the apartment complex gave chase and directed officers to Whitlock. While being placed under arrest, reports, state, an officer located a prescription pill bottle near Whitlock.
On December 2 Donna Melissa Hornsby, 29, Madison, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. According to reports, Hornsby had been banned from all Wal Mart properties several weeks ago after a shoplifting incident but was observed at the store by a management member.
On December 6 a recovered marijuana report was filed at Wal Mart, Eatonton Road. According to reports, a Wal Mart cashier said a man came through his check out line, purchased several items and then handed the employee a Wal Mart bag and told him “thanks.” The employee said after he got off work he walked to his van, opened the bag and observed suspected marijuana in the bag.
On December 2 a burglary complaint was filed at a Park Street location. According to reports, a man stated that someone had broken a glass out of a door, entered his residence and removed a black sentry safe that contained $200, an aqua marine gemstone and a precious opal gemstone.
On November 24 Calvin Thomas, 29, Madison, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and no license. According to reports, Thomas was arrested at a road block on Lion’s Club Road for failure to have a valid license. Consequent to the arrest, reports state, an officer located a suspected marijuana cigarette in Thomas’ pocket.
On December 2 a larceny complaint was filed at an Eatonton Road residence. According to reports, a woman reported that while she was incarcerated, a man known to her and her family entered her residence and removed $3,000 worth of items.
On November 27 Tywone Aqualius Lowe, 34, Madison, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. According to reports, Lowe was arrested after officers received complaints regarding a man on Bramblewood Drive attempting to clean windows for money or attempting to enter houses to clean for money. Reports state that Lowe had been warned on several occasions by Madison officers to cease the activity.
On November 17 Angela  D. Duncan, 34, Madison was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and shoplifting. In a related arrest, Kristina Schaffer, no age, no address given, was cited for shoplifting.  According to reports, officers were called regarding a shoplifting incident at Dollar General, Eatonton Road. During the investigation, an officer confronted both women in the parking lot who allegedly stated that they would return the book, lunchable meal and shirt all valued at $19.25 to the store. They were, however, cited and while searching through Duncan’s purse prior to arrest, reports state, an officer allegedly located clear plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine.
On November 27 Brandon Kevin Blackmon, 29, Mobile, Al. was arrested and charged with possession so marijuana, speeding and driving with no license. According to reports, Blackmon was stopped for allegedly driving 86 mph on Interstate 20. Consequent to the stop, an officer located a small bag of suspected marijuana in a shoe box on the back seat of the vehicle.
