Good ding dang bye 2013! It’s 2014! Blue skies from here on out! Don’t you feel it? Yes! Positivity is swirlin’ all around! Although it might be just a tiny bit . . . just a smidgen … COLD! Honey 9 degrees does it every time! Anyhow we all know the good sun will warm us up soon enough! In the meantime we just need to head over to one of our fine restaurants and pick up a hot mug of hot chocolate, coffee or tea! Oh me! Let’s get his 2014 party started shall we? Yes!

Newest business in town is I. Bowman Gallery in Madison, Ga., at Jefferson Square Parkside right smack across from Town Park and right down from Artisan Alley and Teal Couture! It’s so cool you’ll feel like you’re in a big arty city! Madisonian Mael Bowman recently opened it and wants all y’all to check it out! Anyhow, this Red Chair has flat turned into a national travelin’ phenomenon makin’ stops from coast to coast at small inns and B&B’s all smack over the country from New England to California! And this famous Red Chair will be in Madison, Ga., at The Brady Inn from Jan. 9 through Jan. 11! Yes! This Red Chair, which started with a simple picture from an innkeeper in Cape Cod, has morphed into a huge followin’ on the World Wide Web and on Facebook delivering crazy, fantastic exposure for inn keepers and their communities! My favorite Event is BACK! Taste of Madison is slated for March 13 at The Hall at the Madison-Morgan Culture Center!
