On April 5 a criminal trespass complaint was filed at a Price Mill Road, Bostwick, location. According to reports, a woman said a man who last week was arrested for coming onto her property without permission, came back onto her property and banged on the front door and cursed at her. The man denied the allegation to a deputy and was reminded not to go onto the complainant’s property and was served with a good behavior bond.
On April 6 an entering auto complaint was filed at an Old Mill Road, Rutledge location. According to reports, a woman stated that someone had taken a Garmin GPS from her gold Cadillac SRX.
On April 5 a theft of lost or mislaid property complaint was filed at the Old Buckhead Days event. According to reports, a woman said she lost her prescribed Norcoton pain medication either at a yard sale or the Buckhead event and that she needed a police report in order to replace her pain medication.
On April 6 a domestic violence complaint was filed at a Garden Avenue, Buckhead, location. According to reports, deputies arrived at the location and found a woman’s estranged husband, her father and her new boyfriend at the residence. The estranged husband and father told the deputy that they had arrived to take the woman to the father’s house to get away from the new boyfriend. The woman said that she had called her estranged husband in order to borrow his truck to wash clothes. She also said “everyone” had given her “issues” regarding her new boyfriend. Both the father and estranged boyfriend were driven from the residence by the woman’s mother and were told that it was the woman’s choice regarding who she chose to live with.
On April 5 Alejandro Fernandez, 32, no address given, was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, prowling and disorderly conduct. According to reports, Fernandez allegedly went to a woman’s Pine Tree Lane residence and kicked and beat on the front door and threw rocks at the windows. Reports state that the woman has a restraining order against Fernandez and that a second restraining order was filed against Fernandez in Suffolk County, New York. Fernandez was located hiding in the rear of the property, reports state.
On April 5 a terroristic threats and acts complaint was filed at an Apalachee River Road location. According to reports, a man told authorities that his ex-girlfriend had told him that “we’re going to make you hang yourself, or we’re going to put you in jail and have you killed.” The man said he believes that his ex-girlfriend is in a partnership with his ex-wife to have him killed so the ex-wife would then inherit his property.
On April 3 an information report was filed at a Cedar Grove Road, Buckhead, location. According to reports, a woman said that she had recently begun a relationship with a man. The woman said the man’s estranged wife contacted her and asked if the two could meet. The woman said she agreed and the estranged wife came to the complainant’s house. The woman said the two did not have a conversation but that the estranged wife took photos of the complainant with her cell phone. The estranged wife then allegedly sent the photos to mutual friends.
On April 2 a theft by taking complaint was filed at an Apalachee River Road location. According to reports, a woman told authorities that someone had taken $12,000 cash she had placed in between a mattress and box spring of her bed. The woman said recently an electrician had been working in the house and when the man asked her for money she would go in her bedroom and return either with cash or a check. The woman said that two Oxycontin and two Lortab pills are also missing.
On March 31 a theft by taking and criminal trespass complaint was filed at an Atlanta Highway location. According to reports, a woman stated that someone had entered a shed on her property and removed two 12 volt batteries, a stand up halogen light, a 20 ton power jack, fluorescent lights, a DC to AC converter and two 50’ drop cords. The woman said on March 16 the same shed had been vandalized and someone had taken a welding machine, drills hand tools and a Skill saw. An axe and beer can were located at the shed.
On March 31 a burglary complaint was filed at an Atlanta Highway location. According to reports, a woman said someone had entered her residence and removed a 9mm Smith and Wesson pistol, a jewelry box, an IPad and three iPad minis were taken. Estimated value of the items is $1,255.
