Places Everyone… Trucks, talent, production crews, cameras and filming equipment descended once again on Downtown Madison Saturday only this time for a documentary produced by State Line Films for the ION Network. The documentary is about a U.S. war veteran who lost his legs in Afghanistan and is bicycling across the country. Pictured here, the crew sets up near Laughing Moon on Main Street in downtown Madison. While the film crew notified the City of Madison about its location plans, at least two location shots were not clearly communicated with the City of Madison and resulted in blocked business entrances and blocked downtown parking.  The City of Madison just finalized clear-cut regulations for the film industry to improve communications among City of Madison officials and affected home owners and businesses.   PHOTO D.
