The Madison-Morgan Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new business to the community last week, Fat Boy’s Golf Carts. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Wednesday Sept. 10th as a celebratory gesture for the owners by the chamber. With the golf cart industry growing so rapidly, Fat Boy’s Golf Carts has decided to open a second storefront which is now located in Madison. In 2004, father-daughter duo, Steve Smallwood and Cindal Bryan decided to take their passion for building custom golf carts to a new level by opening Fat Boy’s Golf Carts in Covington. After quickly becoming the largest selection of custom golf carts in the east Atlanta Metro area, Smallwood and Bryan are gearing up for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at their second location in Madison. This second location will provide all the same products and services as the Covington store, just on a smaller scale. What products and services can you find at Fat Boy’s Golf Carts? It might be easier to ask what products and services can’t you find Fat Boy’s Golf Carts because they do it all. Not only can you purchase the golf cart of your dreams from Fat Boy’s, you can also bring your cart in for a tune up or customization. Head over to Fat Boy’s Golf Carts for an oil change, to test your tire pressure, or even to stretch your cart. Technicians in the service department at Fat Boy’s are factory trained and every service job is warranted for 90 days. With a “if you can dream it … we can build it” motto any custom design is possible at Fat Boy’s Golf Carts.
