Main Street Pantry located right down from the Madison ChopHouse Grille on Main Street in downtown Madison next to Thrifty Mac is flat fabulous, y’all! I just had to check it out and y’all are gonna flip when you see it! First off, it’s super clean and bright!

Honey they’ve got those slap-yo-momma delish breakfast biscuits with sausage or ham, coffee, cappuccino, tea, soft drinks galore, hotdogs, boiled peanuts (regular and SPICY HOT!), all sorts of grocery items, wine, a huge assortment of beers and then some!

Oh you also will find Striplings products at Main Street Pantry including Striplings Peach Preserves, Strawberry Jam, Chow Chow, their famous Bar-B-Que sauce and everyone’s fave Stripling’s Beef Jerky! Plus they sell gas! Oh and Main Street Pantry is a hit among motorcycle enthusiasts ‘cause they sell ethanol-free gas for motorcycles!

Oh. My. Gosh! I forgot to tell y’all that you can get those oh-so-yummy Dippin Dots ice cream too! Right so y’all head over there to check it all out! They are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday! Oh and Main Street Pantry Manager Yolanda Peters of Buckhead said they are always accepting applications!

Georgia Overstock located at 118 Fairplay Street in downtown Rutledge is open for business y’all! Owned and operated by Rutledge residents Justin Kennedy and his dad Terry, Overstock is The Place to go if you’re lookin’ for a deal! That’s right y’all. I flat checked it all out today and found tons of deals! I’m talkin’ Justin says Georgia Overstock’s merchandise is at least 50 percent off retail if not more! Ok so they are gonna have new and different merchandise each week from Big Box retailers like Home Depot! I’m talkin’ clothing and apparel, gardenin’ items and equipment, tools, appliances and more! So anyhow, today they had all sorts of deals like microwave ovens, drills, saws, grills, vacuums and tons of other stuff! Y’all have flat got to get over there and check it all out!

The Madison-Morgan County Boys and Girls Club wanted me to tell all y’all to mark your calendars for a super-special event on Tuesday, April 7 at Perk Avenue beginnin’ at 6:30 p.m.! Honey everyone’s most favorite Southern writer Mary Kay Andrews is gonna be in town celebratin’ her new book titled: Beach Town! So for only $25 you will get supper and drinks and can meet this fantastic best-sellin’ author! Get your tickets at Barkin’ Dogs Shoe Co. located at 172 South Main Street in downtown Madison! There are limited tickets so HURRY, HURRY, HURRY! Don’t forget!

Triplett Family Chiropractic located at 255 North Main Street in Madison is hostin’ a Grand Openin’ event this Thursday, March 19 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a ribbon cuttin’ at noon! Come on over and meet Dr. Vanessa Triplett, tour the new office and enjoy refreshments, free spinal screenings, new patient specials and giveaways!

It’s that time of year! That’s right! BB&G, located at 115 South Main Street in downtown Madison is hostin’ its Free Pandora Bracelet event beginnin’ March 19 through March 23 (closed Sunday).
