The weather was pitch perfect last weekend for the 2015 Madison in May Spring Tour of Homes & Gardens sponsored by the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center. According to Cultural Center Director Kim Brown, some 2,000 plus tickets were sold raising more than $50,000 to benefit to Cultural Center.  Brown said this year’s tour attracted people predominately from the South but really from all over the United States and beyond. “It was a diverse audience from all over the world. We had people from New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Vancouver and England.” Pictured at right:: Tour participants loved seeing the docents dressed in antebellum gowns at Serenata Farm & Yoga.Above: Etenne Eksteen and his wife Dr. Juanet Eksteen from New Zealand enjoyed a tour of Honeymoon and its gardens with owner Jimmy Stanton (far left). photos by d. yost/submitted
