For the sixth consecutive year, the Morgan County High School’s Junior ROTC will honor veterans with a free barbeque the day before Veteran’s Day.

“The Distinguished Cadets of Air Force Junior ROTC at Morgan County High School GA-945 Bulldog Group invite the veterans of Morgan County and their spouse to a FREE BBQ starting at 5:30pm until 7pm on Tuesday, the 10th of November, at the MCHS Cafeteria, 1231 College Drive, Madison, GA. The BBQ plate includes pulled-pork BBQ, potato salad, baked beans, bread, and tea, water, or coffee.

Cadets want to say THANK YOU to Morgan County Veterans for serving our great country and protecting our freedoms, values, and our future. Morgan County is a very patriotic community with its veterans greatly supporting AFJROTC at the high school.” Mr. Burns Warfield, at Madison Chik-Fil-A, is also having a veterans appreciation from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
