Special to the Citizen
The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center welcomes you to join us as we celebrate our annual fall fundraiser featuring Post Monroe with Madison’s own, former Miss UGA, and ZTA Alumni, Shelby McLeod!
Post Monroe will be performing a benefit concert on behalf of the Center to help raise funds to support our mission and the Center’s role in bringing the arts to Madison, Georgia.
Post Monroe will be performing on Saturday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center’s Auditorium. Ticket prices are $30 and are available on-line and phone. Please visit www.mmcc-arts.org or call 706-342-4743 to get your tickets.
Post Monroe is an up-and-coming country music trio composed of Ashlee Hewitt, Whitney Duncan, and Shelby McLeod. Rolling Stone magazine counts them among “Ten Country Artists You Need to Know” and, in June, they made their Grand Ole Opry debut.
The Center would like to thank Carol and Jim Jones, Babs and Hiram Johnston, George and Nancy Launius/ Thrifty Mac, and Celia and Paul Visscher/ McGinnis Realty for sponsoring the concert.
