Al-Anon is a support group for those affected by someone else’s drinking—be it a family member or a friend—who may or may not still be drinking. Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. each Thursday night at the white building next to the Episcopal Church: 338 Academy St, Madison, GA. For more information, call 706-431- 6013.

• Board of Commissioners have a meeting the first Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m. and a work session the third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. in the board room at the Board of Commissioners Administrative Building

• Eatonton Duplicate Bridge Club

An official member of the American Contract Bridge League, is now meeting at the Parkside Main 8 Theater,1050 Parkside Main, Greensboro,  at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  For more information contact Betty Roper at 706-467-3079.

• THE 2017 GREAT ART WALL OF MADISON

We are asking professional artists, amateur artists, budding artists, really anyone who wants to participate to create an 8×10 painting that will then become part of The Great Art Wall of Madison. Sections of the wall will be displayed in many locations around town before the entire wall will come together at the unveiling on May 13th.  Just stop by the Madison Artists Guild Gallery located at 123 S Main Street in Madison to pick up a free canvas or to sign up for a workshop.  For more information, call Lori Williams at 770.312.3495. • A study on “The Seven Churches of Revelation”

with video from Dr. David Jeremiah will begin on Sunday May 7th at 6:00 p.m. at Beacon Heights Baptist Church. Come discover why Christ wanted to speak to these seven churches and what the messages mean for us today. Everyone is invited to attend.
