Summer days are still here as locals and out of town visitors enjoy music and art throughout Madison and Morgan County. 

This week, Rutledge helds another concert as part of their summer concert series. The Appalachian Traveler gave  a soulful performace from the city’s gazebo as the audience lounged in folding chairs and children played in the nearby park in downtown Rutlege. 

The Madison Artists Guild debuted new artwork for the community to enjoy. Local artist, Carol Lindquist gave a meet and greet at the opening reception for her work on display at the artists guild.
