On Dec. 9 a trespass complaint was filed at a Cochran Road location. According to reports, a man stated that a woman he had brought to the residence to stay the night began drinking and created a series of disturbances. Reports state that the man alleged the woman woke up residents in the house because she was having trouble locating her purse. A deputy reported that the woman was having incoherent and could not answer simple questions. The complainant requested that the woman be served with a criminal trespass notice. She was and then was transported to her Holstein Road residence.

On Dec. 9 a damage to property complaint was filed at a Indian Creek Road location. According to reports, a man reported that someone had knocked down a fence on his property four times. The man said he was checking on a pickup truck parked on his property and observed a white Jeep with a light bar on the front pass him. A few minutes later the complainant drove in the direction the Jeep had passed and noticed the fence was damaged again. He said that was the only vehicle he had seen in the area at the time.

On Dec. 7 a criminal trespass notice was filed at a Pennington Road residence. According to reports, a man reported that a pool maintenance worker had called him and reported that he had observed a man flee from the back door of a pool house on the property. Deputies located a pool float lying on the floor with a blanket on top of it and two other blankets and a trauma foil blanket. The maintenance worker described the man as a white male with a mask. Deputies observed a white male wearing a camouflage mask walking on Pennington Road and were familiar with the subject. The man told deputies he had recently been released from prison and had secured a job at a nearby manufacturing plant and because of the cold weather he had slept in the pool house in lieu of walking to his residence on Thankful Road. The deputy told the man in the future he could stay warm in the lobby of the Morgan County Detention Center, if necessary. The complainant did not want to press charges but did request that a criminal trespass notice be served against the man.

On Dec. 7 a theft by taking complaint was filed at the intersection of Mallard Court and Mallard Ridge Road. According to reports, a man called Morgan County Dispatch and reported that someone had taken a stop sign, a speed limit sign and a children at play sign.

On Dec. 6 a theft by taking complaint was filed at a Fairplay Road, Bostwick residence. According to reports, a woman said that sometime during the night, someone had taken a 1997 Hooper trailer. Reports state there was a pole saw on the trailer. A pad lock containing the trailer had been cut. The trailer is valued at $500.

On Dec. 6 a theft by taking complaint was reported at a Fairplay Road residence. According to reports, a man reported that someone had taken a John Deere Z track Pro series 2500 lawn mower. Reports state that a fence had been torn down and there were tracks leading through a pasture to the fence. The complainant said a key had been taken from an older mower to start the John Deere. The mower is valued at $10,000.

On Dec. 5 an information report was filed at a Nunn Lane residence. According to reports, a man reported that someone had cut a portion of barbed wire fence on his property. The man also pointed out that there was graffiti painted on a stop sign on Nunn Lane.

On Dec. 4 an information report was filed at a Flat Rock Road residence. According to reports, a woman alleged that a woman whom she had been attempting to evict had left the residence with a set of house keys, dish towels and a set of keys to a vehicle that she had co-signed a note for. The complainant said the woman had fallen behind on the payments of the vehicle and she was making the payments. The suspect woman said she would render the keys if the complainant would reimburse her for the cost of having the duplicate keys made. She also denied taking dish towels when she left the residence.
