This year’s Public Safety Day was a huge success and as Morgan County families acquaibnted themselves with local public safety worker, from policemen to fireman to medical emergency responders.
The event was held last Saturday at the Morgan County Alternative Education Building.
The festival featured tours of fire trucks, police cars, and ambulances.
Kids were able to play on bouncey houses and sit inside of safety vehicles.
The event featured food, ice cream, and prizes.
The event aims to get the community familiarized with the people who serve as public safety workers.
Public safety leaders hope community members will get to know them and understand how their work keeps Morgan County safe.
