Reports state that on Saturday, March 21, an officer was called to a Meadow Ridge residence for a complaint about persons congregating at a condemned residence. When officers arrived, reports state, they observed Graham sitting in the driver’s seat of a 2010 Chrysler 200 parked in front of the residence. Murray, reports state, was a passenger in the vehicle.

An officer noted that there was allegedly a smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The officer initially questioned both Graham and Murray regarding marijuana in the vehicle and both denied that there was marijuana in the vehicle. Graham then allegedly handed the officer a small bag of suspected marijuana. Graham was then handcuffed and detained. Murray exited the vehicle and officers searching the vehicle then allegedly found a Crown Royal bag on the passenger’s side that allegedly contained 10 individually clear plastic bags of suspected marijuana and 98 suspected ecstasy pills.

Officers also located a set of digital scales in Murray’s pocket and a bag of suspected marijuana in Graham’s front pocket. Another set of digital scales was located in the driver’s side door.

In the trunk, reports state, officers located a small bag and a large bag of suspected marijuana. A Taurus 9mm handgun was also located on the back passenger floorboard.
