On July 29 William Joseph Clark, 31, Newborn was arrested and charged with public drunkeness. According to reports, officers were called to Levi Court regarding a suspicious person. When they arrived they approached Clark who allegedly told them he was in the neighborhood to meet his girlfriend at 5 p.m. but was running 30 minutes late. On July 29 a criminal trespass complaint was filed at a Jackson and Hayes Street location. According to reports, a deputy responded to a complaint regarding eggs thrown at five vehicles. The vehicles were a Chevrolet Tahoe, a Ford F 150, a Ford Excursion, a Ford pickup and a Chevrolet Impala. A deputy reported that egg fragments were on the doors and windows of the vehicle.
