On April 13 Khadijah Shantell Lafay Banks, 25, Madison was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, less than an ounce and window tint violation. According to reports, a black Honda driven by Banks was stopped on the Madison by-pass near Cox Road for an alleged window tint violation. According to reports, an employee said that at approximately 7 p.m. a man heavy-set black male wearing a black hat and black hoodie entered the store and attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill. On April 7 a theft by conversion complaint was filed at a Buckhead Road residence. According to reports, a man said he had sold a Stockbridge, Ga. man six pallets of “Jamur Zoysia” sod. The man said two employees went to Stockbridge and installed the sod and the man gave one of the employee’s $1,540 for the sod and labor to deliver to the complainant. On March 29 Derricks Middleton, 30, Madison was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. Phalan Robertson, 24, Madison was arrested and charged on an outstanding warrant. According to reports, deputies went to a Mt. Vernon Road residence to serve a warrant. On March 27 arrest warrants were issued for forgery in the fourth degree against Timothy Lee Allen, 31, Eatonton. According to reports, an employee of the Bottle Shop, Eatonton Road, alleged that he cashed a $1,200 check for Allen that was made out to and endorsed by Allen. According to reports, a woman advised that someone had created and forged company checks and had cashed three checks for a total of $1,449.44. According to reports, a woman alleged that at a Cleveland Ave. residence McCullough allegedly attempted to force sexual relations. According to reports, a woman said she requested additional credit cards for employees on Feb. 14 and Feb. 19.
