According to Morgan County Sheriff Robert Markley, local officials have approved the extradition of Christopher Bartholomew, 47, to Morgan County from San Antonio, Texas. Bartholomew is wanted by Madison police on an outstanding credit card fraud warrant. He is also wanted by British officials on a similar fraud conviction, Markley said.
