On Aug. 13 Judith Kinney, 68, Madison was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts. According to reports, Kinney allegedly threatened to stab a man in the chest during an argument. According to reports, a man said when he walked outside the residence at 9 a.m. he noticed the left door to his wife’s 2008 Mercedes Benz was open. On Aug. 4, Walter Joseph Johnson, Jr., 38, Madison and Dwayne Johnson, 41, Madison were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interference with a business. According to report, an officer was dispatched to a Holiday Inn Express, Ramada Lane at 3 p.m. Reports state that the officer observed two men attempting to enter a van. On Aug. 9, an unruly juvenile report was filed at a Guinn Road residence. According to reports, a woman alleged that her 15-year-old son called her disparaging names after she took away a game console to punish the child for not doing chores. According to reports, officers were dispatched to a call of a man refusing to leave a Mulgrave Drive apartment. According to Morgan County Sheriff’s Office reports, both Buckhead Manor and Whispering Lakes subdivisions had multiple car break-ins resulting in the loss of thousands of dollars in cash and the loss of at least four firearms. Reports state that on Friday, sometime between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. 17 vehicles in Whispering Lakes subdivision were entered. According to reports, a woman alleged that sometime between 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 4 and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 5 someone took 70 large bales of hay from her property.
