On March 29, an information report was filed at a Pinetree Circle residence. According to reports, an officer was dispatched to the residence in regards to a complaint of a man allegedly stealing wheels off a vehicle. According to reports, a man said that someone had placed a sofa, mattresses and bed frames inside a dumpster he had placed outside the residence while he was remodeling. On March 16 Jessica Rena Rivers, 32, Madison was arrested and charged with reckless driving, speeding, too fast for conditions and no valid license. According to reports, a deputy driving southbound at 5:45 a.m. on the Madison by pass allegedly clocked Rivers driving 90 miles an hour southbound on the by pass. Destiny Wyatt, 21, Madison turned herself in without incident, said, Det. Wes Thompson, Madison Police Department, after Madison authorities secured a felony theft by taking arrest warrant against Wyatt. The following persons were indicted. • Christopher Shawn Robbins, 23, Madison was indicted on one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of marijuana, less than an ounce and one count possession of drug related objects.
