Betty Elliott, 66 of Monroe, died January 28, 2019 at Abbey Hospice in Social Circle.  Mrs. Elliott was married to Billy Elliott.  She leaves six children, Bill Elliott, Jr., Christina Inglett, Jennifer Tarlton, Becky Caudell, Jackie Elliott and Brunson Johnson.  She also leaves 14 grandchildren.   The family received friends on Wednesday, January 30 from 6-8 p.m. at A.E. Carter Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in the  chapel.  Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington.
