On Dec. 15 a burglar complaint was filed at a Beaverdam Road residence. On Dec. 16 Adam Carl Wade, 44, Bethlehem was arrested and charged with simple assault. According to reports, officers were called to the Budget Inn regarding a domestic dispute. A woman alleged that Wade had been verbally abusive towards her and would not let her sleep. Reports state that Wade was “very intoxicated.
