By Quinn Rafferty, Staff Writer A sudden downpour last Friday caused a series of accidents on Interstate 20. According to Sgt. Justin Howard, Georgia State Patrol, nine cars were involved in accidents on Friday, Jan. 3 on I-20 east near mile marker 106. Between the nine cars, there were five crashes with various minor injuries.
